1. Fees are payable in full on or before commencement of the selected course.
2. Fees are non-refundable.
3. Seats are offered on a first come, first served basis. A non-refundable deposit is payable to reserve a seat in a class commencing on a specific date and time.
4. Participants in the course are expected to be proficient in English and have previously achieved a minimum overall score of 5 in the IELTS test. Individuals who have never attempted an IELTS exam or who have not achieved a minimum overall score of 5 must undergo an assessment by us to determine their capability to participate in our course.
5. Classes will not be held on public holidays and no classes will be offered in lieu of classes which fall on public holidays.
6. No substitute class will be offered if the student fails to attend a class.
7. Students must attend classes at the times for which they have registered. Any requests to change class time must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time and approval of class time changes are subject to availability.
